Call for Demonstrations

We invite scholars to submit demonstrations accompanied by a short paper, 2-4 pages, in any of the areas indicated below.

  • Signal processing and analysis
  • Creative audio effects, sound synthesis, and composition
  • Physical modeling and virtual analog
  • Spatial sound, room acoustics, and artificial reverberation
  • Music information retrieval, source separation, and audio restoration
  • Machine learning for audio
  • Audio coding and data representation
  • Perception and psychoacoustics
  • Hardware and software design

Demonstrations should be technical and not have an overly commercial message. The demonstrations will be presented at dedicated sessions during the conference.

The program committee will screen submission to verify that the author's needs can be satisfied. Typically, demos will have a table and electric outlets to connect laptops and other devices. Other technical requirements can be discussed, but may not be guaranteed. Please provide all details on the submission page to avoid last-minute issues.

Submitted demonstration papers must be camera-ready and conform to the format specified in the template, which can be downloaded below and submitted through the EasyChair conference management system

All submissions are subject to peer review. Acceptance may be conditional upon changes being made to the paper as directed by the reviewers.
